Public libraries provide centers for learning for childrens of all ages and is a very valuable resource. Libraries are a rich learning environment for children and families. Reading can assist with improving literacy skills and enhance communication. Local libraries often have free events for families/children to attend including but not limited to story time, summer reading programs, and book clubs. Academic Summer Camps
What is this? HMNS offers summer science educational adventures for children ages 6 – 12 at their Sugar Land and Museum District locations. There are virtual options available as well.
